We’re looking for a Native Mobile Developer (Android & iOS) in Lviv to join our team which cooperates with a Time & Attendance startup.
Project Description

Our client is a Time & Attendance startup. Our system allows us to ensure that employees follow the assigned schedule and track their time when they work out of the office.

Our team has been building the technical part of this product from the very beginning. We have already started working with companies with more than 1000 employees.

We make it easier and faster for HR, Managers, and employees to complete payroll and take the administrative headache so that our customers can focus on running their companies.

Since 2017 thousands of paying customers of all sizes — SMBs, Medium Enterprise & Government, from all the states in Brazil have benefited from the platform, and we’re just getting started.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

Must have

• Advanced proficiency in Kotlin for Android development
• Strong experience in Android UI development using Jetpack Compose (advanced) and XML (mid-level)
• Experience with Realm or Room for local data persistence (advanced)
• Advanced knowledge of RxJava and reactive programming principles
• Proficiency in Gradle (mid-level), including modularized architecture setup
• Deep understanding of architectural patterns: MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture
• Practical experience with AndroidX components (e.g., ViewModel, Navigation, WorkManager)
• Solid experience working with RESTful APIs using Retrofit or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with Dependency Injection frameworks (preferably Koin)
• Familiarity with UI/UX standards and mobile design best practices
• Experience using Git or other version control systems
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)

Nice to have

• Experience in iOS development with Swift
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools for mobile delivery
• Understanding of mobile security best practices
• Experience working in Agile teams and environments
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
