Framework: Angular (v6+ / latest)

Language: TypeScript

SPA basics: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS

State management: NgRx / NGXS / Akita / Signal-based state

Reactive programming: RxJS (Observables, Subjects, operators)

UI libraries: Angular Material / PrimeNG / custom design system

Routing: Angular Router (lazy loading, guards, resolvers)

Forms: Reactive Forms, Template-driven Forms

Team

Product team of ~20 people:
1 CTO, 1 PM, 1 UX/UI Designer, 1 Head of Development, 2 Team Leads, 1 Tech Lead, 1 QA, 2 Full-stack Developers, 10 Back-end Developers
Close collaboration with Tech Lead, Team Leads, UX/UI, and back-end developers.

Role Overview

As a Senior Angular Developer, you will:

• Set and maintain technical standards and best practices
• Participate in architectural decisions
• Implement complex and critical features
• Build and evolve UI and front-end architecture
• Improve code quality through reviews, refactoring, and knowledge sharing

Primary focus:

• New UI/UX and product features
• Technical debt handling (proportion varies with priorities)

About You

• 4+ years with Angular (preferably v6+) and confident with TypeScript
• Experienced with RxJS (reactive thinking, stream composition)
• Knowledge of state management (NgRx / NGXS / Akita / signal-based)
• Confident with Angular Router and Reactive Forms; knows scalable front-end architecture
• Able to take ownership of technical decisions and maintain a high technical bar
• Comfortable with change, uncertainty, and evolving requirements

Our Recruitment Stages

Here are the recruitment stages the candidate will go through:

1. HR Interview ~1h
   
   • The first meeting with our HR manager to discuss general questions, learn about the company, and understand your work expectations.
2. Technical Interview + Live Coding ~1-1,5h
   
   • A meeting with our technical specialist, where we’ll discuss your experience and technical approach, and also work together on code in real time to better assess your practical skills.
3. Interview with the CTO ~30min
   
   • An interview with our Chief Technical Officer to discuss your experience, vision for development, and alignment with our culture.
