Team
30 guys team (4 Senior FullStack devs, 1 Middle, 2 Juniors, 3 PO, 1 UX, 1 CTO, 1 Team Lead, 1 QA, Sales and Support Team)
Our Senior is concentrated at Tech Standards/Rules, Architecture and Quality.
Does RND of hard features at least start it, skeleton building, then either develop himself or together with other developers
Makes code review against created rules/standards and skeleton/design
Duties:
60% of time — Coding, estimating/break downing with Team Lead
20% of time — RnD, prototypes, tech-dept backlogs, paying tech-depts (refactors of make a skeleton (direction) for refactoring)
20% of time — Code Review, Skill Share / Mentoring.
