You are a person, who follows the trends, but leans on the basics: you can professionally evaluate candidate profile (competencies, skills, potential and motivation), create a position and give a profound feedback on each candidate.
You have strong negotiation skills and can articulate your point of view in order to find best possible solution.
You know how to build recruitment funnel and what are the KPIs to measure success on each stage.
As a customer focused person, you provide the best communication experience to all of your “customers” — candidates and hiring managers.

About the role:

Talent Acquisition Manager provides interviews and owns “candidate vs company” communication on each stage. Gives support and mentorship to both — candidates and hiring managers.
Knows the capacity, KPIs and goals of each team and can initiate the opening itself or suggest an adjustment to an existing one, if needed.
Owns the recruitment process over all the sources: direct search, organic response, internship, contractors, referrals, rotations, promotions, recruitment agencies and other.
As a one of the key voices for Readdle Employer brand you will take part in the process of talent attraction activities (from generating ideas to delivery and measuring results).
As a part of HR team you will participate in internal Readdle brand activities as well as other HR initiatives.

Requirements:

Solid (at least 3+ years) full-cycle recruitment experience in IT company.
Profound knowledge and experience of the best sourcing practices.
Past successful experience delivering high recruitment results (capability to find top talents for any opening from entry-level to executive-level).
English upper-intermediate or higher.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and industry trends.
