Web & Data Analyst — Fluix (вакансія неактивна)

What you will do in this role:

  • Help with building and optimizing dashboards to track the performance of our marketing and product and provide teams with strategic insights about performance across the pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns
  • Perform and automate regular analysis to evaluate the ROI of performance, social media, SEO, and email marketing campaigns
  • Assist with CRM cleansing, enrichment, and acquisition initiatives. Identify and address data quality issues on an ongoing basis
  • Dig into data to understand what messages and campaigns resonate with our prospects and which ones do not
  • A/B test and continually measure the performance of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations based on data collected.
  • Manage and continually evolve data structure within the marketing automation platform, Hubspot.
  • Find patterns and causes of metrics decline or increase;
  • Report your findings with data visualizations that are easy to understand, communication insights and provide solutions that have countable results.
  • Setup tracking and guide execution of marketing campaigns, including supporting attribution, automation, audience segmentation, and execution strategy
  • Assist in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing 3rd party and internal tools in the marketing and sales tech stack.

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics and/or marketing operations
  • Experience with quantitative analysis across a variety of marketing channels.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience working with SQL;
  • Experience in one or more data visualization tools (Google Data Studio/Looker or Tableau/Power BI);
  • Detail-oriented personality; enjoys problem-solving and being challenged; with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to validate and verify detailed information to ensure the accuracy of data
  • Experience in data retrieval, data manipulation, and data analysis to derive insights from data.
  • Possess team spirit, learning ability, and strong curiosity.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English

Would be a plus:

  • Proficient with Amplitude or another Product analytics system
  • HTML, CSS, JS, Python and/or R knowledge
  • Higher education (applied mathematics, statistics, other technical specialties);
  • Marketing Automation Platform (Hubspot/Marketo/etc.) certifications
  • Assisted in implementing and administering a Marketing automation solution such as HubSpot, Braze, Marketo or Customer.io
  • Some data modeling experience is a big plus.
