About The Role
As a Web and Data Analyst, you’ll work directly with our go-to-market leaders & teams to drive cross-functional marketing initiatives by finding insights in the data and helping optimize the operational experience in the organization. You’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, drive outcomes, and work in a critical area to support the entire marketing team
A key objective of the role:
Define and deliver analysis, reporting, and insights to help fuel growth and improve customer experiences. Look into analytics to provide insights into product usage, attribution, event tracking, website, and product metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to marketing and product colleagues, including actionable next steps to improve performance of campaigns and channels
- Produce automated tools and dashboards to facilitate awareness and understanding of key metrics and experiment results
- Find patterns and causes of metrics decline or increase
- Report your findings with data visualizations that are easy to understand, communication insights and provide solutions that have countable results
- A/B test and continually measure the performance of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations based on data collected
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency and manage data cleansing activities when necessary
- Setup tracking and guide execution of marketing campaigns, including supporting attribution, automation, audience segmentation, and execution strategy
- Assist in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing 3rd party and internal tools in the marketing and sales tech stack
About you:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics/data analytics
- Experienced with quantitative analysis across a variety of marketing channels
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Experienced in one or more data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Experienced with Google Big Query (or any other warehouse), ETL tools
- Detail-oriented personality, able to validate and verify the information to ensure the accuracy of data
- Applied mathematics/statistics/economics or other relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Knowledge of common statistical methods (regression, classification, resampling, statistical hypothesis testing, etc.) will be advantageous
- Some data modelling experience is a big plus
