Global People Operations Manager (вакансія неактивна)

With a current team of 270+ people across the Globe, the Global People Operations Manager will help us continue shaping the team and create the future of work with bringing best practices in HR Administration, Employment and Payroll, Global mobility, Internal Policies, and bringing the structure and clarity each step of the way across the employee lifecycle.

What will you do in this role:

Employment administration

  • Implement the international employment policies that will help us maintain global hiring across the Globe.
  • Make sure to prepare and keep records of vital employment documents (contracts, agreements, NDAs, and others).
  • Support the newcomers by providing them clarity on the employment process and will maintain the employment practice on top of the employee experience and legal compliance.
  • Support all employment events and changes (payroll changes, annual leaves, sick leaves, salary changes) with the proper approval and reporting system.
  • Keeping a track of changes in payroll compliance and employment laws in different regions Readdle operates in and implementing the necessary changes in our internal policies and HRIS system

HRIS System

  • Store and organize the employee data records in our HRIS system, BambooHR, navigate the HRIS system, and implement new policies in it when needed.
  • Make sure all the records we keep of our employees and the practice of storage is GDPR compliant.
  • Help us make data-driven decisions about our team and the business by creating employee reports and keeping statistics running.
  • Coordinate company benefit programs, making sure the benefits are accessible and clear to our team members and easy to apply for via the HRIS System.

People Support

  • Inform and support Readdle team members with regard to the legal setup, compensation policies benefits programs and enroll these policies for new employees.
  • Proactively inform people of the changes in our policies, create and deliver a people-focused and clear communication.

Global Mobility

  • Support our team members during their relocation period: provide guidance on the legal setup and Readdle Hubs, and help our team members navigate the complexity of the paperwork related to the relocation and re-employment in a new country.
  • Ensure the completion of the paperwork required for work visas and related immigration documents in a timely manner.

Cross-functional work and Projects

  • Work in close collaboration with other departments like Finance, Legal, and Information Security teams, and of course, the whole People team is there for you to be your partners.
  • Constantly improving our processes, you may be participating in some ad-hoc awesome projects to make Readdle the best place of work.

About you:

  • You have higher education in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or equivalent.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international company with offices around the world (including Europe, the UK, and the US).
  • You have a great team-player spirit and the same can be independent and take ownership of your tasks.
  • You notice details very well, you are analytical and always look into some data points to make decisions.
  • You have a problem-solving approach.
  • You are a good communicator and are experienced in delivering communication both verbally and in a written way.
  • You are tech savvy — you know your tools and how to use them to get things done.
  • You have worked with one or two HRIS systems before.
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian labor law is highly preferable.
  • Knowledge of other European labor law specifics would be a big plus.
  • English is our business language and we expect you to have a strong business proficiency in it. Spoken knowledge of Ukrainian, German, or other European languages is also an advantage.
