About This Role
As a Web Developer for Fluix, you will communicate updates in the product, new use cases and evolve lead generation by developing and maintaining the Fluix Website, landing pages, marketing newsletters, while supporting our growth and marketing needs.
Once here you will:
— Develop and deploy high-performance, high-fidelity web pages according to design and SEO requirements while meeting accepted code quality.
— Ensure coherent, efficient, long-lasting, and SEO-compliant markup methods.
— Configure Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Amplitude, and/or any other needed monitoring and tracking systems according to product and marketing needs.
— Develop dynamic and interactive elements for the website and landing pages following the design requirements.
— Provide accurate estimates of tasks/projects in progress, conduct code reviews.
— Ensure familiarity with modern web development trends/tools and how they may apply to our business needs.
— Ensure a customer-first and human-centered approach is followed.
— Evolve the code base, used technologies, code style, and documentation for further performance improvement of Fluix Website, LPs, and Help Center.
— Come up with new technical capabilities for better lead generation.
— Work in close collaboration with Fluix Design Team, growth, SEO, and other teams to constantly improve the lead-generation performance of Fluix Website and LPs.
— Ensure understanding of where our business is now, what our strategy is, and for whom Fluix is to deliver coherent results.
— Articulate and present your own ideas and hypotheses to evolve Fluix website, LPs, and Help Center performance.
— Proven 3+ years of web development experience.
— You’re proficient in HTML, CSS, Native JS, WordPress.
— Experienced in configuring Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Amplitude.
— Experienced in working with preprocessors Sass/Less.
— Experienced in developing dynamic and animated interactive elements.
— Knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
— You’re able to clearly articulate and present your own ideas and hypotheses.
— English speaking and writing skills at an intermediate or higher level.
— You’re open to new knowledge, technologies, and tools.
— A team player (work experience at a product team is preferable).
— Easy-going and open-minded person.
— If you’ve experienced working with HubSpot, it is a big plus!
