We are looking for Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will own the post-sales relationship management for Fluix’s top business and enterprise clients.

Competency Overview:
— Ability to understand customer requirements, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen penetration of Fluix within customer environment.
— Fanatical about customer success and tenacious at driving long-term customer value.
— Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment and ability to partner with account executives in development and closure of sales opportunities.
— Highly data-driven with a commitment to process. Excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with all customers in your portfolio.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
— Team player with the highest level of integrity.
— Passionate about technology and how it can be leveraged to drive business impact.
— Previous experience with SaaS solutions or with an annual subscription sales model a major plus!
— Educate and train new customers on Fluix.
— Develop and manage short and long-range implementation plans.
— Renew long-term customer agreements, discover new opportunities within a named/existing account base.
— Manage daily communication with corporate contacts and relationships at all levels in order to provide superior customer service.
— Successfully implement pilot programs and implementation plans.
— Work with sales executives to develop an implementation plan (“On-Boarding”) that includes the following at a minimum: technical requirements, training requirements, key decision makers, and a plan to accelerate adoption.
— Ensure all accounts successfully roll-out and scale-up.
— Provide customer support to stakeholders and key users within accounts, and manage all additional support requirements until resolved.
— Maintain proactive, regular contact with accounts to maximize their success and usage, as well as additional revenue opportunities.
— Deliver customized demonstrations, either by phone and/or face-to-face.
