— You have at least 1 year of experience in HR or Customer service.
— You are well familiar with GSuite, MC Office.
— You have proven ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities;
— You are a team player with a high sense of urgency.
— You are a self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong passion for contributing to the team’s success.
— You can communicate effectively at all levels, including top management.
— Your level of English is Upper-Intermediate or higher.
— Experience with ATS like Greenhouse/Lever/etc.
— Interest in developing within recruitment function.

As the Recruiting Coordinator at Readdle, you’ll be primarily responsible for scheduling all candidate interviews and ensuring that candidates have a great experience along the way. You will be working closely with all the teams across the growing organization and will have a perfect opportunity to drive creative projects that will impact and improve recruiting operations.
