— 5+ years in recruitment, keen on closing engineering roles;
— You are capable to build efficient sourcing strategies, apply various sourcing methods and tools to find and engage passive candidates;
— You are able to timely diagnose challenges and problem solve;
— You are an efficient communicator with strong presentation skill and the ability to overcome objections;
— You know how to operate data to enhance recruiting;
— You have a clear understanding of the Ukrainian tech market;
— You have a strong focus on the product and an understanding of the business.

— Prior experience in scaling product teams;
— Experience in international sourcing/recruitment;
— Prior experience in start-up(s).

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Readdle you will:

— Own and drive a full-cycle recruiting process for multiple roles;
— Liaise as a partner and advisor for hiring managers and executives to understand business priorities and goals, and establish an efficient hiring process;
— Design creative sourcing strategies to find and attract top talents and convert them into candidates;
— Assess candidate’s fit into the company and the role, while being able to promote the opportunity;
— Build smooth and trusted relationships with candidates and assure the best candidate experience;
— Contribute to the development and scaling of the recruitment programs;
— Be Readdle’s brand ambassador.
