Support Team at Readdle is a liaison between customers sharing their experiences and expectations about the product and the product teams who are open to feedback and are continuously working on bringing the improvements and innovation into the app. The Support Team conducts in-depth research on customer issues and suggestions to improve the overall quality of Readdle products. The other, equally important goal is to help people via the Knowledge Base and Help Center.
We are looking for a person who is keen on apps for productivity and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer experience. This job is a perfect chance to learn about the development process of apps and to gain knowledge about different factors influencing the quality and rating of a product. You will have an excellent opportunity to create a powerful knowledge resource for the self-help of millions of users around the globe.
Responsibilities:
— Write the articles for Knowledge Base and Help Center, providing answers to the most popular questions
— Keep statistics on customer requests and suggest writing articles covering requests according to their priority
— Investigate complaints about the product from user feedback and discover pain points of users
— Minimize the number of direct contacts with Support Team and increase the number of covered requests
— Become involved in the support process in case of a large volume of incoming requests and be ready for direct contact with users
— Contribute to team efforts to maintain the quality of Readdle products
Requirements:
— Advanced English (writing)
— Solid copywriting skills
— Excellent problem-solving skills
— Cross-team collaboration
— Willing to learn the basics of HTML (knowledge is a plus)
— Active research skills
— Committed to providing work of the best quality
— The persistent interest in software is a plus
