Now we are approaching the US market, so we desperately need a Content Manager with fluent English.
Our perfect match:
- speaks English at B2 level (must write well)
- loves movies and has good taste in movies
- knows how to do catchy TikToks
- knows how to find trends, quickly test ideas and analyze results
- ready for the startup conditions, where you’ll constantly test, create and work hard
- 6+ months of commercial experience running TikTok or Instagram (show accounts)
Tasks:
- On the Raters platform:
- collect and add new movie collections
- update existing collections
- write reviews of selected films
- (in the future) create new rubrics and test them
GOAL: increase user engagement in the application
- TikTok:
- pack up and launch the account
- research trends, find references, come up with ideas
- compile a content plan and a testing plan
- do at least 10 tiktoks per week
- analyze results and test new hypotheses
- suggestions are welcome
GOAL: to hack Tiktok growth and convert audience to the app
- Instagram:
- there is the account already www.instagram.com/ratersapp
- complete the appearance, make a content plan
- do 3 posts per week + stories
- you can take videos from TikTok, other ideas are welcome
GOAL: revive the account, maintain it until the right time
Conditions:
- $500-700 (depending on the results of the interview)
