The team
The Business Development team consists of 11 team members in marketing, account management, and tech backgrounds.
How many stages of the interview are there?
— Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 minutes
— Interview with the Head of Customer Success — up to 1 hour
Requirements
— 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or related positions;
— Advanced level of English;
— Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from finding a client to securing a deal;
— Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders (managing client expectations and resolving conflicts);
— Understanding of software development processes and the technology industry;
— Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
— Excellent organizational skills and selling abilities (prioritize tasks, manage time, negotiate).

Responsibilities
— Attending conferences and ready for business trips;
— Negotiating with potential clients to satisfy their business needs;

— Conducting the external PR events for customer acquisition;
— Collaborative work with the delivery, recruitment, and marketing teams.
