What is this project about?

This is an exciting e-commerce project based in the Netherlands. Our team is going to develop a comprehensive web platform for a Dutch retail chain that specializes in health, beauty, and pharmaceutical products.

The process:

How many stages of the interview are there?

• Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 min.;
• Technical interview with Design Lead and Hiring Manager — up to 1 hour;
• Technical interview with Client.
  
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience in commercial projects;
• Strong UI/UX expertise;
• Excellent skills in Figma and understanding of all of its features;
• Understanding of Figma variables or similar Design Token methodology;
• Ability to match business requirements and user needs in the design of a digital product;
• A fiendish eye for detail and empathy for our customers;
• Have tested a product with a community of users;
• Strong experience in working with prototyping tools;
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English.
  
  

Will be a plus:

• Background in designing for e-commerce;
• Strong (outstanding) graphic design skills, understanding of colour theory, typography, ability to create icons, and work with both raster and vector graphics;
• A portfolio with your latest works.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize the layout, interactions, and flow of the user interface;
• Design visually appealing interfaces that align with the project’s branding and style guidelines;
• Ensure that designs are accessible to users with disabilities by following accessibility guidelines and best practices;
• Analyze the client’s feedback and iterate on the design based on this feedback.
