What is this project about?
The project is from the Netherlands, it consists of many short-term sub-projects which create loyalty campaigns for clients from all over the world. These are applications with mini-games for different stores, festivals, entertainment companies, etc.
There are also requests to prepare some visuals and support the client with his presentations for pitching new clients and finding more campaign requests.
How many stages of the interview are there?
— Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 min.;
— Technical interview — up to 1 h;
— Test task(paid);
— Technical interview with Client.
Requirements:
Hard skills:
— At least
— Strong (outstanding) graphic design skills, understanding of color theory, typography, and ability to create icons;
— Experience in designing a simple game world and game UI;
— Experience in designing simple game characters;
— Experience with illustration creation (both vector and raster);
— Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop;
— Experience in Figma;
— Understanding of the Design Thinking process;
— Ability to match business requirements and user needs in the design of a digital product;
— A fiendish eye for detail and empathy for our customers;
— At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.
Will be a plus:
— Background in designing for e-commerce.
— A portfolio with your latest works.
— Experience with Adobe After Effects.
Responsibilities:
Tech & Team:
— Communicate directly with innovative entrepreneurs aka clients and explain design rationale on the top management level;
— Work on the design of mobile application projects in different spheres (preferably e-commerce);
— Match business requirements and user needs in the design of a digital product;
— Ensure the design is correctly implemented by developers.
