Our VP of Sales — Mark is looking for a person who will provide an extra boost to our sales activities and help us to expand our client base to provide new customers with high-quality digital solutions.

The company
We have been actively present on the market for 9 years. We provide outsourcing and outstaffing services to our customers in the US, Europe, and the UK. Right now, we are shifting toward the HealthCare and FinTech industries. However, our team has more than 100+ accomplished projects in different domains.
Requirements:
— Approximately
— At least Upper-Intermediate English, other EU languages would be a plus;
— Interested in developing in Health Tech and FinTech, and client relationships/networks in the learning and development business are a strong plus;
— Experience working with large transactions and lengthy sales cycles in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive environment
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to clarify client’s requests & needs;
— A solid understanding of software development concepts, programming languages, and technologies commonly used in the industry;
— Familiarity with such digital tools, as: PPT, Excel, CRM (pipedrive.com), online presentations, and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
— Run lead generation campaigns on various platforms, creation of sequences of outreach messages;
— Conduction of initial contact to understand potential clients’ requirements and determine if the Ralabs solutions align with their needs;
— Collaboration with Sales & Engineering departments;
— Creation of compelling commercial proposals for the clients, outlining value/benefits, scope, timeline, and pricing;
— Monitoring and researching the software development industry, market trends, and competitors to stay up to date with industry developments;
— Managing various sales tools, CRM (Pipedrive), Jira, KPI data, reporting & analytics.
