What is the main challenge?

You will be a part of the huge content machine in the making. It’s critical to have an advanced English level and be good with words. There will be a lot of content repurposing, content management, and creation. Also, we are challenging the IT industry by doing something not typical and more creative than our competitors.

Coordinating Marketing Efforts:

You will coordinate content creation, social media management, email marketing, PPC campaigns, and SEO efforts to deliver successful campaigns.

The process:

How many stages of the interview are there?;

• Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 min.;
• Test task;
• Interview with the Marketing Specialist and Head of Marketing & Sales — up to 1 h.

Requirements:

• 1,5+ years of work in a similar position in B2B marketing communications or agency;
• At least Upper-intermediate communication skills in written and spoken English;
• Global mindset and international B2B experience;
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail;
• Hands-on experience in managing and creating meaningful content in different formats and for various channels;
• Strong prioritization, organization, business correspondence and project management skills;
• Curious, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset;
• Understanding of marketing elements (traditional and digital marketing search as SEO, Social media, PPC etc) and market research methods;
• Experience working with: Clutch, GoodFirms, Behance, Dribble, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting;
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools;
• Ability to meet deadlines, make decisions independently.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the Campaign Creation: You will lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that align with business goals and engage our audience;
• Collaborating on Market Research: You will collaborate with the team to conduct market research and analyze customer needs and the competitive landscape;
• Coordinating Marketing Efforts: You will coordinate content creation, social media management, email marketing, PPC campaigns, and SEO efforts to deliver successful campaigns;
• Tracking and Analyzing Campaign Performance: You will track and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize initiatives and improve ROI;
• Staying Up-to-Date with Marketing Trends: You will stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. AI image generation tools, GPT, Midjourney.
