We are an award-winning financial marketplace for accountants with over 1,200 firms using the platform both as a SaaS platform and on the free version.

Product-oriented FinTech start-up having just closed a second round of funding, as well as being supported by both the Microsoft Accelerator and their Growth program. We have won government grants and award nominations for innovation.

Working closely with our customers, stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams you will play a key role in directing the product roadmap. We’re a highly experienced and ambitious team who are looking to win recognition for being a leading product company in FinTech.

Your role will be to?

In the product designer position, we’d love to have your help in designing a super clean flow and experience for our users.

What will be your responsibilities?
— Pushing our UI and design language forward;
— Building out the UI inventory and shared design assets;
— Prototype experiences and validate with our user groups;
— Prepare design assets with the engineers to build out the product;
— Undertaking design thinking user-centred activities to drive innovation;
— Work with the product team in design sprints;
— Inputted into the UX and collaborating with our product managers.

Requirements:
— 3+ years in a digital experience or UI design;
— Have experience in developing a Saas or B2B product or service;
— Expert in tools such as Sketch, InvisionApp and other modern tooling;
— A fiendish eye for detail and empathy for our customers;
— Have tested a product with a community of users;
— Inhuman amounts of skill to create order out and certainty from chaos;
— Passion to make people’s lives better and benefit in the reward of doing so;
— At least intermediate strong level of English.
