Requirements
Responsibilities
— Keep public policies up-to-date;
— Benefits management;
— Solving day-by-day cases with employees;
— Take a part of cultural interviews;
— Providing support to employees including answering questions, researching and resolving issues;
— Organizing polls and gather analysis (e.g. ESAT, Turnover, Employee engagement level);
— Organizing team buildings, workations and internal / public event activities;
— Taking part in developing creative solutions for team buildings, to work together with management on organizational culture and people strategy.
