Requirements:
- Solid experience 1.5 — 2 years of experience in the full cycle of IT recruiting processes;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- General knowledge of IT market and IT technologies (web programming languages, frameworks, databases, networking);
- To enjoy the process!
- Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search;
- At least intermediate level of English, because we have the opportunity to communicate with end-customers.
We expect you to:
- Do the basics. Participate in the full recruitment process from applications, job creation, interview stages to the offer;
- Keep it organised. Maintain the recruitment ATS, ensuring the information is up-to-date for all open positions;
- Opt for the long-term. Maintain warm relationships with candidates and build strong positive communication;
- Delegate and automate. Leave all the routine work to the technology and automate all necessary processes.
- Know the people. Collaborate closely with the hiring team, PMs, Sales team, and Marketing department.
- Be a recruitment geek. We are ready to support your learning ambitions.
- Trust the numbers. Slowly but firmly incorporate analytics into daily operations.
