— 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or SMM in Tech or e-commerce
— Unstoppable desire to help people through meaningful communication
— Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear way
— Excellent writing skills (Ukrainian and Russian)
— Good English

— Ability to determine the complex nature of the problem

Viber is looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist, who will also be helping us with the content localisation for the Ukrainian market.

What you can expect from the job:
Answer user reviews in Apple and Google Play stores and Facebook in Ukrainian and Russian languages
Assist users who have technical issues with the app using knowledge base and peers
Categorize and analyze reviews topics to reveal and escalate common problems to the development team
Localize content from English to Ukrainian: posts, chat-bots
Collaborate with other teams for maximum efficiency.
