Skills checklist:
• Hypotheses creation and validation using different methods;
• Research plan creation according to product goals;
• UX Research (generating and validating), working with analytics
• Lean validation, Customer Journey Map;
• Interviews/surveys preparation and facilitation;
• Usability tests and A/B tests;
• UX skills: Wireframing, Prototyping, User Flows, Human-centered design, Interaction Design

What do we expect?
• Passion for design & empathy for users;
• Team player with positive attitude;
• Self-starter with strong problem solving abilities and entrepreneurial mindset;
• 2+ years experience in UX research.

You will be responsible for:
• Defining research needs and methods;
• Creating UX research plans, facilitating UX research sessions;
• Collecting and processing research data, presenting it to product team;
• Implementing UX learnings into new design decisions;
• Participating in design workshops to generate solutions;
• Being creative in validation new product ideas with real users;
• Conducting an ongoing user research and feedback collection;
• Communicating with stakeholders and creating problem statements; collaborating with developers and product owners to ensure flawless implementation.
