— 3+ years of Analytics/BizOps experience in a fast-growing tech startup, ideally in operations at a product-led hypergrowth SaaS startup;
— Expert SQL skills;
— Knowledge and experience with Python/GBQ/ETL/pipelines;
— Clear, concise communication skills and ability to tailor your communication to different cross-functional stakeholders;
— Extreme attention to detail with great data visualization and presentation skills; you love beautiful graphs and slides;
— Strong execution skills in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders;

About The Role: we are looking for a BI Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team. You will focus on driving business optimization by translating data and information into actionable insights for our stakeholders across the globe. You will have a deep understanding of the reporting toolbox & capabilities and make sure we’re globally aligned on the way we report our performance. You help us understand the reports and guide key stakeholders in their decision-making to optimize performance.
A person in this role is comfortable with “all hands on deck” environment, eager to solve non-structured problems and thrive in a hustle startup culture.
What You’ll Do:
— Find the stories buried in data and build insightful dashboards that enable everyone at Rocket to be an analyst;
— Be a vocal and proactive partner to your stakeholders. Guide their line of questioning rather than just fulfilling requests. Provide insights and conclusions rather than data outputs;
— Know where to find the right data to answer a question. Be persistent in ensuring data quality and resourceful in getting data that is not immediately available;
— Be comfortable outside of your comfort zone — understand always-changing business needs, explore new tech and tools, trace data issues to the source, or find a new way to address an old problem.
