HARD SKILLS
🔹You have 3+ years of recruitment experience in IT
🔹You have a strong sourcing toolkit and different approaches to research
🔹You have experience in conducting different types of interviews and culture fit calls (including competency-based, behavioural, biographic, motivation, high potential, case-based interviews)
🔹You believe in the data-driven decision-making process, never relying on a “gut” feeling and tracking your efficiency on a constant basis
🔹You have solid computer literacy, being able to intuitively understand and use new software
🔹We would expect you to get proficient with the tools that we use now: Google Sheets and other GSuite apps, Pipedrive, Zapier, JIRA, Trello, Mural.ly, Slack, etc.
🔹Experience in hiring C-level executives

SOFT SKILLS
🔹Fluent English (both written and spoken)
🔹You have Project Management skills
🔹You build strong, trustful relationships with the team, which helps you to engage them into any collaboration
🔹You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
🔹You are capable of managing many contexts at once without much guidance
🔹You have good networking and negotiation skills
🔹Your empathy helps you to better assess candidates
🔹You can easily learn the basics of a new domain (e.g. finances, product management, facilities etc.) by doing a thorough research and interviewing domain knowledge holders

RECRUITMENT
🔸Ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process of IT / non-IT positions: from strategy to the execution
🔸Approaching suitable candidates to present them the most important aspects of joining Railsware
🔸Conducting interviews with candidates to evaluate their soft skills and find the best culture fit
🔸Guiding and supporting other hiring team members at all of the recruitment stages, providing them with detailed candidate reports
🔸Managing flow of candidates using our ATS and other various tools
🔸Constantly improving Railsware talent acquisition approaches and processes based on the received feedback

TALENT SOURCING
🔸Gathering requirements and shaping powerful job descriptions based on experience, the received information and extensive market research
🔸Designing a talent acquisition strategy together with the hiring team
🔸Creating marketing content to attract top talents via various sources
🔸Defining the most efficient communication channels for CEE countries
🔸Making sure all Railsware’s jobs are posted and promoted on a constant basis
🔸Generating talent pool for various positions through outbound sourcing
🔸Supporting Railsware employer brand via social media, specialized platforms and events

DATA-DRIVEN TALENT ACQUISITION
🔸Modify the recruitment strategy and evaluate sourcing channels based on data
🔸Gather monthly/quarterly/annual recruitment stats
