🔷 Experience with leading live Demo presentations
🔷 Experience working with SaaS contracts with an average value of $10K+ per year
🔷 Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
🔷 Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of customer needs and data challenges to offer the best solutions
🔷 Ability to proactively guide customers toward data-driven success
🔷 Excellent software literacy and ability to dive deep into the product

🔶 Conduct live demos and onboarding sessions for prospective inbound clients, leading them to closing the deal
🔶 Conversion of inbound demos into paying customers
🔶 Manage inbound sales and proactively identify upsell opportunities for potential clients
🔶 Act as a trusted Account Executive, helping clients maximize product value, explore new features, and optimize their usage
🔶 Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships
🔶 Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date
🔶 Work closely with different teams—including marketing, product, and customer success—to deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience
🔶 Monitor and evaluate your calls and sales performance, suggesting improvements on the existing process
🔶 Build and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and respect
