Job Summary
We are inviting an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and diversify our experience.
Requirements:
— Technical degree, with 5+ years of experience in technology management
— Strong technical background (ideally — experience working as a developer)
— Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
— Experience working with international colleagues and customers
— Proven successful experience in managing teams and project delivery (10+ engineers) in software development
— Experience in Customer relations management, Requirement management, Risk management, and Change management
— Good understanding of the development life cycle and best project management approaches/practices
— An ability to manage, coach and motivate a variety of technical personnel, including engineers, testers and business analysts
— Ability to oversee the delivery of projects on-time, at a level of high quality, and to the satisfaction of demanding clients
Desirable:
— Good understanding in the areas of application programming and database and system design
— Experience with onboarding new projects and setting up team/project requirements/plans
— Experience in leading several projects in parallel or in the management of large scale projects
— Experience creating RFP and with client negotiation

Responsibilities:
— Full management cycle of project: onboarding new project, setting up teams, managing delivery
— Diving deep into project details: business and technical (if needed)
— Coordinating project activities with other project managers and department managers: working with shared resources, project milestones, risks, etc.
