About project:

Mobile Banking for Private individuals team, new mobile app for Raif clients

Your responsibilities:

  • Backlog management (stakeholders’ interview, stakeholders’ facilitation, keeping backlog up to date)
  • Backlog prioritization (keeping the prioritization process transparent with stakeholders)
  • Discovery management (gathering requirements, decomposition, co-planning of sprint increments across the teams, facilitating sprint demos)
  • Development of a strategy for the digital product or features development, road map creation, managing all aspects of product through the creation of value for clients and business
  • Development of effective cooperation with the business team and developers
  • Methodological support, development, and improvement of technical documentation
  • Feedback collection (community, metrics, support of features on prod)
  • Product (feature) growth (creation and validation of hypotheses, users testing for new functionality)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial/banking industry, preferably in product management (2+ years)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Knowledge and practical usage of product development tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro)
  • Strong knowledge and practical usage of product discovery tools (stakeholder/user interview, market research, CJM, BluePrint, A/B testing)
  • Strong knowledge and practical usage of prioritizing methodology
  • Ability to identify customers’ needs, formulate a solution concept, draw up a technical task with specific requirements for the future product
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a result-oriented mindset
  • English — Intermediate (or higher)
