We are looking for an IT People Partner to join our experienced and friendly team.

— Cooperation with IT managers on team management issues;
— HR Support to IT Management;
— Development and implementation of new HR initiatives aimed on strengthening the corporate culture and growing the HR ecosystem;
— Implementation of HR practices (employee onboarding, goal setting,
— Support of career promotion matrix for IT area colleagues and facilitation of development plans;
— Preparation of HR analysis, search of areas for improvement and work with them;
— Organization and implementation of various trainings and team building events.
— 2+ years of experience in HR;
— Understanding of main HR metrics;
— Successful experience in working with multinational/ IT environment;
— Love to MS Office tool that helps being efficient in work (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
— Strong customer focus;
— Upper-intermediate level of English is required.
— High level of emotional intelligence;
— Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, high level of teamwork and networking;
— Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills;
— Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
