Radity is a Zurich based global software engineering company. We are seeking a Software Engineer with advanced Node.js, NestJS, Next.js/React, TypeScript, and cloud skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about technology and has a strong desire to develop working quality software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex applications using TypeScript (NestJS or similar).
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment setups using Git.
• Utilize Cloud-native services particularly with AWS.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and other third-party integration patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across different environments.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews and testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience (post-education) in software engineering.
• Proficiency in NestJS (TypeScript) and basic Python scripting.
• Proficiency in Next.js and/or React.js
• Experience with TypeORM, SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Additional Experience with Java, Python or C# is nice to have.
• Solid DevOps skills, including Git and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Very good understanding of networking (DNS, protocols, proxy servers etc) and web application security
• Expertise in developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Background in finance or fintech is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
