We develop cutting-edge insurance SaaS solutions, and we are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to ensure the reliability and accuracy of our software. Your Role

As a Junior QA Engineer, you will test our insurance SaaS applications, ensuring they function correctly and meet user expectations. You will work with manual testing while gradually developing test automation skills using Playwright. You will analyze insurance-related data, test financial calculations, and validate data from Excel files and financial systems. You may also participate in client meetings when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual software testing for insurance SaaS applications, focusing on accuracy and reliability.
• Validate numerical data, financial calculations, and Excel-based data imports/exports.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clarity and precision.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to improve software quality.
• Develop test automation skills with Playwright under team guidance.
• Participate in client meetings when necessary to clarify testing requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a comfort working with numbers, financial data, and Excel files.
• B2-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Prior manual QA experience (internships or commercial projects are a plus).
• Willingness to learn test automation (experience with Playwright is an advantage).
• Any programming experience, particularly in Java, JavaScript, or Playwright, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to attend client meetings when necessary.
