Junior Frontend Developer

Radity is a Swiss software development company working with international clients in the insurance domain.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fullstack JavaScript Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Fullstack JavaScript Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that leverage the latest technologies in React.js, and TypeScript/JavaScript.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js, next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and other modern web technologies. 
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and implement features. 
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring the scalability and reliability of our applications. 
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and support. 
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure that our applications remain at the forefront of innovation. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
• Proven experience in TypeScript/JavaScript development, with a strong understanding of Git version control. 
• Proficient in React.js and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of their best practices and ecosystem. 
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and stakeholders. 
• English level at least B1 (you should be ready to handle a full technical interview in English)
