Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the insurance/ finance/accounting domain. At Radity, our projects are centered around catering to the needs of prominent insurance companies. Our ideal candidate is not just adept at analyzing business requirements, but also possesses a holistic understanding of industry-specific processes, ensuring a seamless translation from client needs to actionable development tasks. Business Analyst will also manage development process of some features.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand, gather, and document business requirements.
2. Translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring clarity and precision.
3. Manage development streams, overseeing the end-to-end process from client specification agreement to software release.
4. Work closely with the development team to ensure that project deliverables align with client expectations.
5. Continually enhance knowledge of industry-specific processes and developments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst.
3. Proven expertise in managing software development projects, preferably related to insurance.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, attention to details.
5. Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and communication.
6. English proficiency at C1 level (fluent speakers).
7. Familiarity with project management tools.
