Position Overview:
Radity is a Swiss software development company serving international clients in the insurance domain. We are looking for an Experienced QA Engineer to lead our QA efforts. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our product development team, ensuring our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will help establish and drive our testing strategy, framework, and processes, with an emphasis on automated testing, to deliver exceptional products to our clients.

Your Mission:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 QA engineers, providing guidance and support in both manual and automated testing.
• Analyze software functionality, create both manual and automated tests, and execute them while identifying and reporting any issues.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using modern testing tools such as Playwright.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand product updates and ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement testing tools, platforms, and frameworks, with an interest in AI-driven automation.
• Identify, document, and prioritize defects and inconsistencies to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, focusing on modern testing technologies, platforms, and AI in automation.
• Ensure testing activities align with business requirements and provide insights into potential enhancements.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on QA experience with a focus on automation, team leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, and interest in exploring new tools and technologies.
• Practical experience with API testing and tools like Postman.
• Strong skills in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with SQL, queries, and data analysis.
• Experience with modern testing platforms and a proactive approach to learning AI-based testing is highly desirable.
• A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher for both internal and client communications.
