Hi there! We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on clients’ projects as well as company products. As a BA, you will be in the center of the product development efforts of the company, in constant touch with key stakeholders of Radency and our clients’ teams.

What you will do:

• Communicate with clients and development teams extensively eliciting requirements
• Perform requirements management: create user stories, user flows, requirements documentation
• Facilitate the prioritization process, create product roadmaps
• Participate in the discovery phase for new projects

What’s required from you to succeed in this role:

👉 Good communication skills. Experience in cross-cultural communication

👉 Upper-intermediate English

👉 Good writing skills

👉 Experience in a BA role or other relevant job experience combined with BA courses

👉 Experience in creating BA artifacts (requirements documentation, user stories, roadmap

👉 Analytical skills and attention to details

Would be a plus:

• Understanding of SQL
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytical tools
• Wireframes prototyping experience (e.g. in Figma)
