We are looking for a sales representative to identify and develop new business prospects and convert them into clients.
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects via LinkedIn, Upwork and other platforms.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships via email, social media and phone calls (including usage of automation tools like reply.io or lemlist).
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects to build the connection, gather information about their project and identify their pain.
- Working closely with our tech team, prepare proposals for prospects.
- Negotiate contract conditions.
- Support clients after signing SLA (deal with invoices, check in once in a while, react to incoming requests)
Required experience and skills
- Fluent English (intermediate and even upper-intermediate won’t work)
- Persistence, diligence and patience — we are looking for a “fighter”, who won’t give up after a few rejections and is ready for long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients and adjust the pitch for various client’s types.
- Autonomy and possibility to experiment, implement your ideas
- Management support and mentorship (if required)
