Many young professionals seeing the word Marketing get confused and think it’s about creativity. This vacancy is not about that. It’s about:
✔️ Technical skills. We strive for maximal automation and to achieve it you’ll research and set up lots of tools. As a candidate, you shouldn’t get frustrated when asked to: “set up webhooks to connect our CRM with Apollo” or “Configure remarketing with a link management tool”. You do not necessarily have to know how to do it already, but you for sure can figure it out quickly.
✔️ Analytical skills. We’d expect you to be a problem solver and be able not only to collect data, but see patterns and draw conclusions based on it.
✔️ Perseverance. Our ideal candidate is not afraid of tasks requiring extra attentiveness.
We also expect candidates to have solid English, persistence, diligence and strong analytical skills.
Interest or experience in revenue operations (marketing and/or business development) would be a plus.
◾ An experienced and ambitious team
◾ Management support and mentorship (if required)
◾ A competitive compensation for your results
◾ 20 + 10 paid time off days a year and covered sick-leaves
◾ Possibility to work remotely
◾ Covered conferences, master classes, certifications (you’ll have your own budget for educational expenses)
◾ Ability to grow within the company in revenue operations department or other spheres
