• At least Upper-intermediate English level
• Experience of applying various techniques for identifying stakeholders/users needs
• Strong ability to effectively collect and consolidate information, write BRDs with examples and references
• Skills of creating blockframes and wireframes
• Experience in coming up with solutions for business needs
• Understand a Business analyst role in the SDLC

Technical expertise
• Experience with web-based product development
• Best practice and knowledge in existing service to suggest the solution of how to build web and mobile applications

• Experience with products that automate business processes

• Help with development via mentoring and coaching

• Leads business analysis for actual and future clients.
• Works with client stakeholders to
— Fully understand the business requirements, gain a complete understanding of the business strategy, and recommending potential solutions
— Determine the impact on existing processes and systems, utilizing advanced knowledge of process/systems and other transferable skills
— Prepares associated documentation, such as Process Design Document, Functional Specifications and
— Technical Specifications and describe tasks requirements in Jira / Confluence (user stories, work with Epics)
— Representing requirements to stakeholders throughout solution development
• Managing product backlogs and versions according to a suitable process/methodology:
— Make product backlog clear for understanding from business and technical point of view
— Creating low-fidelity wireframes
— Creating business processes diagrams/graphs
— Writing user stories/scenarios
— Help with managing features development and prioritization of the product roadmap
• Participate in presale process to start a new project for a team
— Analyze customer needs
— Suggest and approve scope for MVP and suitable solution
— Present it to a team to make an estimation
— Present to the client and update the scope to reach the client business goal
