Requirements:
• 2+ years of account management/project management;
• Good understanding of SDLC;
• Client-focused approach to work;
• Fluent English.
Responsibilities:
• Raising the clients’ awareness of the value we bring to their businesses;
• Managing account documentation (contracts, SOWs, POs, support agreements) and preparing Proposals/SoW;
• Collecting receivables;
• Conducting QBR sessions with clients;
• Proposing proactively our clients to improve their platform/business, understanding RG solutions;
• Measuring the client’s LMS/site using various tools (GoogleAnalytics, AB testing etc.) to analyse the growth/fall of its main business metrics (to then suggest improvements);
• Converting potential customers/leads into clients;
• Leading pre-sales and supporting Delivery while estimation of the project/scope during the presale process and preparing necessary information before estimation sessions;
• Setting up and adjusting prices for products & services with the target profitability.
Will be a plus:
• Experience in planning, risk management and other practical experience in IT field
