After 3-month’ training course you will participate within the Support team to the Level one and Level 2 support and on-boarding of a new client on SaaS environment in London and the Middle East (EMEA).
Main responsibilities include:
•Support level one: phone/email support of the platform and clients (English working language)
•Daily operations of the system
•Developing new automated testing, and test harness (functional and technical)
•Participate in release management and automation of release management
•Work on client projects for specifying the integration scenarios and testing.
