Must have skills
- Experience as BA in FinTech/Banking/etc... for a least 2 years OR at least 3 years in other domains
- Good communication skills and English (B2 or higher)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good at writing clear documentation
Nice to have skills
- Good understanding of global financial markets, including equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, and derivatives
- Previous experience with financial technology (FinTech) and electronic trading platforms
- Knowledge of Linux and ability to work with the back-end
Responsibilities
- Analysis of market API documentation and how it fits into our electronic trading platform. This documentation is mostly based on FIX protocol (Financial Information eXchange ) with some variations
- Writing up Stories for Developers and answering their questions
- Helping Development team standardize functionality across multiple components that connect to different markets (we have more than 100)
- Building and maintaining relationships with markets, including liquidity providers and other financial institutions
- Communication with the markets on ambiguity in their API documentation and Certification process
- Working as part of a Scrum Team and teaching the team functional knowledge
- Ability to have business trips to Paris and Gdansk every 3-6 months
