Due to our ongoing growth, Quod Financial is looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to join our international team.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for consultants — we’re looking for a true team player: someone who sees blockers and actively helps solve them. You’ll support product and development teams in delivering value, fostering Agile practices, and improving continuously.
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience working in a Scrum team
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Proactive mindset — you’re the person who drives change, not just identifies issues
- Possibility to travel to Paris and Gdańsk every 3–6 months
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in trading or fintech software
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Development Manager
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work with one or two product lines
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices
- Help remove impediments and coach the team toward self-organization
- Ensure deliverables align with deadlines and project goals
- Prepare internal management reporting and support Product Owners
- Be a key player in improving team dynamics and delivery flow
