Обязанности:

• Pre-Onboarding
• Onboarding
• Welcome meetings for newcomers
• Set up meeting with developers, testers with lead hr
• Taking feedback about employee from his mentor
• Update and maintain HR records and reports
• Offboarding
• Assist with support of HR processes — one-on-ones, performance reviews;
• Assist with support of recruiting processes — find some information, do google form etc.
• Organization of internal courses inside the company

Необходимые навыки:

• Finished HR courses
• At least pre-intermediate English
• Understanding of the key HR processes and procedures
• Willing to develop in HR area
