About the Role


We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving business growth through strategic lead generation and nurturing client relationships.

🤜 Key Responsibilities:


— Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract high-quality leads and expand the sales pipeline.

— Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through effective outreach, segmentation, and follow-up processes, ensuring that only the most viable leads are handed to the sales team.

— Work closely with sales team to align lead generation strategies, optimize messaging, and refine targeting criteria, ensuring consistency and alignment across departments.

— Perform market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning

— Oversee and leverage CRM, marketing automation, and lead generation tools to streamline workflows, track performance, and enhance productivity.

— Develop targeted messaging and content for email campaigns, ads, landing pages, and other outreach channels to engage and convert leads effectively.

— Conduct A/B tests on different lead generation strategies to optimize performance, adjusting tactics based on data insights to improve overall effectiveness.

Essential Skills:


— Excellent written English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)
— Detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility
— Proactive attitude in communication with prospects, clients, and upper management
— Efficient time-management skills and agility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
