In this position, You are responsible for
— Researching, outlining, writing, and editing new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand product requirements
— Determining the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension and writing and editing technical information accordingly
— Creating high quality, easy to understand material, print or online, that fulfills audience goals, including interactive tutorials, diagrams, and video guides
— Evaluating current content and developing innovative approaches for improvement
