Querix (UK) Ltd. is a product company based in Southampton, UK, with some of the world highest profile companies as our clients: Thomson Reuters, AT&T, the Navigator Company, Fourtell, Hermes Systems, etc.
We have been working in various areas of 4GL, ESQL/C, DBMS (Informix, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Db2, etc.), data migration and transformation for over 20 years now.
Historically, Informix 4GL was only running against Informix databases. And Querix was the first to break new ground by introducing the multi-database architecture.
Ever since, our products have been evolving and maturing, staying focused on enhancing the technological capacities of Enterprise applications. What is more, we vigorously pursue the strategic principle of keeping the proven business logic safe and the source code untouched.
The primary products of Querix (UK) Ltd. are Lycia and Liberatii:
Lycia is a full stack for the I4GL application development, which includes the IDE (with built-in static code analyzer), graphical clients (web and desktop), runtime, application server, debugger and various command line tools.
Liberatii is a real-time SQL translation technology to connect database apps to different cloud/on-premise databases without touching the source code.
We work in the Agile environment and practice iterative development.
We speak C++, Java, JavaScript, Node.js. We breathe React, boost, STL. We are into MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2, IBM Informix, 4GL.
