Position Qualifications:
— 7+ years of experience in hand-on full stack web development.
— Experience in leading development teams preferably as a SCRUM master.
— Experience in Typescript/ES6 and modern JavaScript libraries like AngularJS.
— Experience with backend technologies such as node.js, postgres, python or equivalent.
— Expertise in application, data and infrastructure microservice architecture disciplines.
— Experience building responsive web applications.
— Experience with TDD, test automation, CI/CD, version control systems, Git.
— Experience with agile methodologies & SCRUM.
— Fluency in both English and Russian, verbal and written.
— Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or the equivalent is a plus.
— Experience with blockchain technology is a big plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
— Hands on development of the web application and integration with services.
— Lead and supervise web development and collaborate with stakeholders to manage and execute assignments.
— Hire, train and mentor development team members, hold regular one-on-ones, provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, writing performance evaluations.
— Supervise QA processes, integration, and system tests.
— Represent the development team in new project kickoffs and presentations.
— Help establish estimates, work required, and tracking of team’s workload.
— Execute on the product roadmap in collaboration with the Product team.
— Work across technical and product teams to help define and prioritize requirements.
— Ensure efficiency and productivity by evaluating development processes and provide improvements by introducing new tools, techniques, and practices.
— Conduct design and code reviews.
— Motivate development team on an ongoing basis through daily standups, regular meetings and annual and quarterly goal setting.
— Advise product team on tech options that might impact product direction.
— Help facilitate and/or make key technical decisions with technical stakeholders.
