Qubit Labs is looking for a Researcher to join our recruiting team.

Required Skills

• English proficiency: Intermediate or higher (oral and written).
• Some experience in IT or HR is desirable.
• Familiarity with internet search engines, job boards, and professional platforms like LinkedIn is a plus.
• Interest in modern recruitment trends and effective use of social media for hiring.
• Strong result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively search for IT professionals, including engineers, testers, developers, and architects.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pool and regularly update the CV database.
• To find suitable candidates, utilize diverse sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Engage in daily communication with candidates to nurture relationships.
• Conduct pre-screening and present qualified candidates to the recruiter.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment and sales teams to ensure seamless hiring processes.
