They are looking for a Head of Engineering

In this role the candidate will be involved in a broad range of tasks, be part of a committed international team and have a unique opportunity to and learn about crypto mining and transaction processing on the BSV blockchain.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take active part in the development/coding activities
• Line management of the Engineering team (more than 15 FTEs)
• Manage performance and development of team members
• Maintain and improve working environment with clear roles and accountabilities for allo Manage staffing & hiring
• Assist and reporting to the CTO in technical and strategical decisions
• Together with the Tech Leads managing the Developers, DevOps and QA engineers that design, develop, test and deploy new products and solutions
• Improve development processes, technology infrastructure and a culture that enables a geographically dispersed team to collaborate effectively
• Collaborate with product development, service and portfolio management for the product with business objectives
