Our client is currently searching for a Business Analyst to join the team. As the business analyst, you will need to have a strong aptitude for relationship management, requirements gathering, transform requirements into a consumable format and technical acumen, including the ability to demo solutions and be an internal champion for the Delivery Organization.
— 3+ years of analytical experience;
— 3+ years of software product management experience;
— 2+ years of previous release management and/or project management experience;
— Eliciting requirements through leading stakeholder interviews;
— Translating and simplifying requirements in BRDs and FRDs;
— Effective in communicating verballing in meetings and written through client documentation/emails;
— Experience with web design and implementation projects;
— Master in understanding business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques;
— Effective quality tester to verify developed products match business/stakeholder requirements (will be a plus);
— Ability to work within an Agile or Waterfall environment (if Agile, ability to write and/or assist with user story creation);
— Experiencing writing feature requirements/user stories and managing a software development lifecycle;
— Ability to communicate tactfully, verbally and in writing with clients;
— A penchant for thinking outside the box to resolve complex and functional/technical issues;
— Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication and interpersonal skills;
— Must be able to navigate Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio and Word) and preferred experience with Microsoft CRM and Sitecore CMS or similar CMS.
